Receive & Send Faxes WITHOUT a Fax Machine! Fax Mail -- This feature lets you receive faxes by people dialing your SMART Telephone Number from their fax machine, with a document inserted & then immediately pressing the Start or Send Button on their fax machine. Your SMART Telephone Number will recognize the fax tone emitted by their fax machine & receive the fax & store it in one of your mailboxes (mailbox 81 is the default fax mailbox). You can then forward it to a fax machine, or, if you have the Email Message Delivery Feature, it will be sent to your email address where you can view it & print it on your computer printer WITHOUT using a fax machine. This is a $5.00 per month option with the PLUS service, but it is included with both PRO & ULTIMA.

Fax Send -- This feature lets you send faxes using our WebLink Internet Control Panel Feature or you can download a Print Driver that lets you send faxes directly from your computer. This is a $5.00 per month optional feature for all 3 pre-packages services.

WebLink Interface Provides Internet Control Panel This is a password protected online feature that provides access to account information, call traffic analysis reports, as well as voice mailbox set-up for Follow-Me Call Forwarding, Message Call-Back & Email Voice Mail & Fax Delivery. You can listen to your voice mail messages over the speakers of your computer, as well as view your faxes online & print them on your computer printer WITHOUT a fax machine.
WebLink also includes the Email Delivery feature for voice messages & received faxes, so that feature does not have to be ordered separately, if you have the WebLink Feature.

WebLink also includes the Voice Blaster Tool that lets you record your own voice messages by telephone & send them to anyone or any group of people by phone through the Voice Blaster Tool auto-dialer screen where you enter telephone numbers of recipients you want to hear your recorded voice message. You are only charged for connected calls that hear your message. Calling rate is 6.9 cents per minute, charged in 6-second increments or as low as 4.5 cents per minute, if you have a prepaid Bulk-Minute Plan for your toll-free number.

How to Choose Between Using a Toll-Free Telephone Number or a Local Area Code Phone Number as Your SMART Telephone Number

Using a Toll-Free Telephone Number
|

Every SMART Telephone Number Service includes a toll-free telephone number. You can use it or not use it, if you prefer a local area code phone number. A toll-free telephone number, however, does offer certain advantages, particularly for a business or even for a family with children or relatives away from home to make it easy for them to call you. Your SMART toll-free telephone number is a permanent number. You NEVER have to change it, no matter how often you move or change your other telephone service providers. It does not change or affect any of your other telephone services in any way!
Never Miss a Call; Never Have a Busy Signal -- Using a toll-free telephone number means it can handle hundreds of calls simultaneously.

Keeping Your Toll-Free Telephone Number -- If for any reason, you want to cancel your SMART Number service, you can have your toll-free telephone number transferred to any other service you specify.
Obtaining a True 8-0-0 Number -- All new toll-free telephone numbers are 888, 877 or 866, however, we can get you a true 8-0-0 number for a one-time fee of $15.
Vanity Number -- With a Toll-Free Telephone SMART Number, you can have a Vanity Number, which is a number that spells something or has special meaning to make it easier for callers to remember. Our online order form provides for immedate search for a Vanity Toll-Free Telephone Number. There is a one-time $30 charge to obtain a Vanity Number.

Using a Local Area Code Telephone Number
|
|
We have local area phone code numbers available for most all area codes in the U.S. If we don't have your area code available immediately, we can usually obtain one within 24-hours.
2 Lines Provided -- A local area code phone number is a $10 per month option & it comes with 2-lines, which means you can receive 2 simultaneious calls. If a third call is received at the same time, it will receive a busy signal. A local number from your local telephone company only includes one line. You pay extra for each additional line. And, that number is NOT permanent. If you move out of the area, you have to get a new number. But, our SMART local area code phone numbers are permanent! You NEVER have to change it, no matter how often you move or change your other telephone service providers!
No Charge for Inbound Calls -- A local area code phone number does not incure any call charges for inbound calls. Your callers pay their own call charges.
Call Transfers -- If an inbound call to your SMART Number local area code phone number is transferred to any of your other numbers, there is a connected call charge of 2.9’ per minute, if the connected number is in the same area code as your SMART Number local area code. If the connected number is outside that area code, the connected charge is 3.9’ per minute.
Keeping Your SMART Local Number -- If you ever leave our service, for any reason, you can take your SMART local area code phone number with you to any other service you specify.
Transferring an Existing Local Area Code Phone Number to Our Service -- If you already have a local area code phone number & want to transfer it to use as your SMART Number Service, it can be transferred for a one-time $30 fee. It should be noted, however, that once your existing local number is transferrred to our service, it will be answered by your SMART Number Service Virtual Receptionist Recording & cannot be used as a number to transfer calls back to you.

Voice-On-Demand for Unlimited Recorded Information Delivery! This feature provides unlimited Recording Extensions where you can record information about your business, products, services or anything else you want to record for callers to listen to.
Each Recording has its own Extension Number. There is no limit to the length of any recording. Each recording can be either a Menu or an Informational Recording or both. You can direct people to these Recording Extensions from your Initial Greeting & Main Menu Recording (Your Automated Attendant Virtual Receptionist Recording).

There are 4 Recording Extensions on the 1st level of the Voice-On-Demand Feature & each of them have 5 Recording Extensions under it on the 2nd level. Each of the Recording Extensions on the 2nd level has 5 Recording Extensions on the 3rd level & this pattern continues for an infinite number of levels, providing unlimited Recording Extensions. Use as many or as few as you need.

There Are 6-Ways for Callers to Take Action from within any Voice-On-Demand Recording Extension. (1) Dial up to 5 choices for more information; (2) Dial a Mailbox Extension to speak to a representative (mailbox is set-up for Call Forwarding); (3) Dial 6 to receive a fax on the subject of the recording (if you have the Fax-On-Demand Feature described below); (4) Dial a Mailbox Extension to leave a message (mailbox is not set-up for Call Forwarding); (5) Dial 9 to return to the previous recording; (6) Dial Zero to return to the Initial Greeting & Main Menu Recording (Your Automated Attendant Virtual Receptionist Recording).

Fax-On-Demand Provides Callers with Instant Printed Information for Automated Marketing! If you have the Fax-On-Demand Feature, each V-O-D Recording Extension can have a single or multiple page fax document stored with it for caller retrieval on demand by simply instructing the caller, in the recording, to Dial 6 to receive a fax on the subject of the recording. The system will automatically prompt the caller to dial in their fax number, and when the caller hangs-up, the system will dial the entered fax number and automatically send out the fax stored with that recording, without you having to be involved. Faxes are available to callers 24-hours per day, 7-days per week.
Fax-On-Demand is a $5.00 per month option for the PLUS service, but it is included with both the PRO & ULTIMA service.

You Can Order Online with instant activation, when paying by credit card, including immediate issuance of your toll-free telephone number. Most local area code numbers are also available immediately, but if your area code is not available at time of order, it can usually be obtained within 24-hours.
Order Risk Free with 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the service, you can cancel anytime within 30-days & your money will be refunded. The only thing you pay for is any call charges incurred during that period. No long-term contract required. After 30-Days, cancel anytime with 30-days notice.
With Your Initial Order, you pay the 1st & last month's service fee for the package ordered & any optional features selected with that order. If you order a Bulk-Minute Plan for the toll-free telephone number, you only pay the 1st month's service fee & the 1st month's Bulk-Minute Plan amount. Bulk-Minute Plans are good for U.S. calls only.
